Dear Customer,

Our office will be closed from July 25th to August 8th. We will resume normal business operations on August 10th.

During this time, we won't be able to respond to emails. However, we will reply to all enquiries as soon as possible from August 10th onwards.

All orders placed during this period will be prepared and dispatched from August 10th. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for dispatch.

Please note that Express (Next-Day Dispatch) orders placed during our holiday period will also be prepared and dispatched from August 10th.
